The members of the Council are the delegations from the National Societies, the ICRC and from the International Federation.
The Council meets in 2007 in Geneva after the International Federation’s General Assembly and before the 30th International Conference, i.e. on November 23-24.
At its meeting in September, the Standing Commission approved the working documents for the Council for dispatch to all the members. Together with those for the 30th International Conference, they were mailed in the form of a CD-Rom on October 8th in all four working languages: Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
Below you can find the documents for your easy access and downloading: the agenda for the Council and all the reports and background notes along with some draft resolutions. Some resolutions are still being discussed and will be dispatched by the end of October.
