The General Assembly of the International Federation will take place 20 – 22 November comprising all 186 National Societies. They will be joined by the ICRC at the Council and by 194 States Party to the Geneva Conventions at the International Conference.

All meetings will take place at the International Conference Centre in Geneva.

The draft provisional agenda for the Council of Delegates is available on the FedNet for National Societies. The draft provisional agenda and programme for the 30^th International Conference was sent with the convocation. Observations regarding the agenda can be submitted to the Standing Commission by all members of the Conference preferably by 1^st of September by e.g. using the e-mail

The updated and consolidated discussion paper for the 30th International Conference on its aims and objectives as outlined in five annexes accompanied the convocation.

The Commission looks forward to a constructive and lively period of consultations with National Societies as well as with States in preparing for the Conference in November and welcomes views and comments directly from the members of the Conference or during the various meetings scheduled between now and September 2007.
