The convocation for the statutory meetings in Geneva in November 2007 has been mailed to all members of the Council of Delegates and of the International Conference on May 21 and 22, 2007.

The dates areas follows:

The General Assembly of the International Federation took place on 20 – 22 November comprising all 186 National Societies. They were joined by the ICRC at the Council and by 194 States Party to the Geneva Conventions at the International Conference.

All meetings took place at the International Conference Centre in Geneva.

The draft provisional agenda for the Council of Delegates is available on the FedNet for National Societies. The draft provisional agenda and programme for the 30^th International Conference was sent with the convocation.

The Commission looks forward to a constructive and lively period of consultations with National Societies as well as with States in preparing for the Conference in November and welcomes views and comments directly from the members of the Conference or during the various meetings scheduled between now and September 2007.
