The documents have been sent to all members as CD-ROM – in the interest of being environmentally friendly as well as saving costs. All are available in the four working languages: English, French, Spanish and now also Arabic.

In the documents you can find the provisional agenda of the Conference, to be adopted by the Council of Delegates as per Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Movement. All background documents to the four set objectives, reports as per the agenda as well as the follow-up reports to the 28^th IC are included.

Some draft resolutions are also included; others will be made available later after continued consultations. All draft resolutions will be the subject of final negotiations at the Conference, in the drafting committee, which is open to all members.
